Firestone Complete Auto Care

My front right tire popped in the Target parking lot, so I called the nearest tire shop to see if they could squeeze me in. The two lovely young men working there today, Jacob and Jordan, really made my day. Best customer service I’ve received at a mechanic shop in a while. At first there were no tires in shop in my size, but Jacob really helped me out and found the best fit. AND Jordan fixed my alignment without me having to ask. Both were so kind and understanding and did everything they could to help me out. I would certainly come back again if ever I need to. Thank y’all !!

The people here are amazing, can't say more about the service and how they treated me. I had a warranty issue that would be covered by the dealership. They didnt try and sell me on the work and instead advised me to take it that way so I didn't have additional expense. Had them work on the other issues with my car and they were stellar the whole way through.

Been a client of this particular Firestone for coming up on 40 years. My whole family uses them. As usual they were prompt, thorough and went above and beyond. Keeping my family safe on the road, my granddaughter in this case, is the reason I will always be back!

I always receive amazing service at this Firestone! This last time was even better. I took my vehicle in to find out what was wrong with the AC, to see if my tires needed rotating, and how much an oil change would be. The AC seemed to be an easy fix of recharging the Freon and replacing a leaking valve. I didn’t know I had free tire rotation with my tire purchase a few years ago. But they were honest and reminded me. I also appreciated that they were also honest that my oil change could wait a little longer. They cleaned my windshields, wiped the interior down, and aired up my tires. They are always, without fail, professional, friendly and respectful of my budget. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Level of service and advice given on the direction I needed to go , for what I’m doing with my vehicle. Much appreciated! Knowing my truck was in good hands I informed them what issues I was having and this is what I would like to do and this is what I would like to spend . Fixed all my issues and couple extra . Highly recommend just communicate, set up an appointment , and see what they can do for you !
